We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. All returns are issued store credit. If you need to return an item to us, you have 14 calendar days to return your item to DressVegas from the date you received it. If 14 days have gone by since the date you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you store credit.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, unworn, unused and unwashed. If the item has been used or worn, it will be returned to sender and no store credit will be issued.
Simply fill out our contact form to inform us of your intent to make a return and we will initiate the return process.
Please note: You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit based on the condition of the returned item. Once approved, you will receive notification of your store credit in the full amount you paid for your item, not including shipping, within 3-5 business days.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges as we can't guarantee that your item and/or size will be in stock at the time of exchange. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We will however, replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please see our damaged items policy for more information.
If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery please notify us within 24 hours upon delivery via our contact form.
In your email please include:
• your name
• order number
• product name and code
• a picture of the damaged item
• description of the damage
A customer representative will respond promptly and assist you in shipping the item back to us- not the manufacturer. We will provide you with a return shipping label that you may print and attach to your package.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the damaged/defective item and issue you store credit accordingly. You may then repurchase the item from us.
